Physical DescriptionWine or Firing Glass. Colorless non-lead glass, of deep gray cast; free-blown and engraved. Large tapering bowl terminating in thick "stem" with very large globular tear; applied heavy wide-terraced (1 step) circular "firing" foot, rough pontil mark; at top, engraved band of fine vertical sprigs above polished ovals.Provenance
