Physical DescriptionClear bubbly glass with few large bubbles and artificially applied slight clouding; free-blown, enameled and gilded. Almost straight-sided beaker tapering downwards to slightly concave base with rough pontil mark; on the body, three multicolored coats of arms of the following families, "Heinrich v. der Asseburg. Titke von Mollendorff. John v. Arnim", and the date "1594"; (between the arms white star, along the bottom a grass strip with grass tufts, along rim a gilded band (partly rubbed off) with a beaded line; at pontil mark a scratched number: "FH 379/4 J. B. (?)".
