This style was also called Deux anses volutes (Two Volute Handles).
Physical DescriptionVase, "Pierrefonds". Colorless glass; mold-pressed, hot-applied handles, acid-etched. Slightly flared upper lip tapers gently to flat base; two symmetrically opposed solid scroll handles project from base area, attached at top rim; outer surface of vase and portions of handles are acid-etched; inner surface of body not acid-etched.
