Brass ring handle attached to brass dome with scrolled cut-outs; baluster-shape mold-blown chimney fitting into a cylindrical brass base with double whale oil burner, the whole surrounded by cage of brass wires soldered to brass top and bottom; stamped in base: "The Brooklyn Flint Glass Co/30/South William St./NY/H & J Sangsters Pat.".
