Physical DescriptionColorless, transparent dark blue lead glasses; blown, overlay, cut, gilt. Cup-shaped bowl; blue overlay on colorless at the top; blue rim with two gilt bands, cut below; band of diamonds with cut stars below the rim; band of half-ovals with cut rays and gilt oval depressions at the centers, with blue swags below, decorated with raised gilt flowers; remainder of the bowl covered with cut diamonds; waisted section above a tall stem, with gilt hexagonal knop at top, above a long, tapering air twist stem with panel-cut and notched sides; gilt angular knop at the base of the stem; conical foot with gilt rim and cut star on the underside.
