Physical DescriptionTranslucent white banded quartz (5), dark blue glass (29), and carnelian beads (24), some chips and surface dulling, some weathering product on glass beads; glass beads are wound and some are ground and faceted, carnelian and quartz beads are cut and polished, some carnelian are ground and faceted. Long convex biconical quartz bead is central element, on either side two wound blue glass beads separated by a short biconical carnelian, above smaller convex biconical quartz beads (4) are separated by similar groups. A series of alternating large faceted or cornerless cube carnelian beads (17) alternate with smaller similarly faceted blue glass beads (16), to even out the strand some wound blue glass beads and some short convex biconical carnelian are used.
