Physical DescriptionBluish green faience, "white" faience, carnelian and glazed steatite elements some abrasion and bruising; mold-formed faience beads, ground and polished carnelian beads. (A) Large collared faience bead with incised barrel-shaped center, on either side a large carnelian disc, long circular concave beads (6) with cross hatched design form balance of major elements, each is separated by a series of seven small beads; a cross hatched truncated bicone of faience (6), a small disc carnelian (12) (usually a truncated bicone) with a small "white" faience cylinder disc (26) on either side. (B) Two barrel-shaped faience beads, one with spiral ribbing, one cross hatched, two long beads - square in section, glazed steatite with series of incisions on their edges and a small decorative hole piercing the center of two faces, four flat diamond-shaped faience beads with crosshatched surface and oval hole through center, four truncated biconical faience beads with incisions and four holes perforating greatest diameter, each bead is separated by a series of two small truncated carnelians on either side on a concave disc with cross hatched face.
