Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, cut, engraved, gilt. Domed, circular form, with rounded rim and cylindrical brim; solid finial with gilt ball knop above a faceted baluster knop, on a short stem with flared base; mounted on the top of the cover; a band of large faceted cells at the base of the finial, outlined with a scalloped gilt ring; band of engraved floral sprays; ring of gilt oval facets on the rim; polished rim; no pontil mark.
