Physical DescriptionAmber glass, bubbly with heavily spalled surface; cast as a blank, wheel-cut and polished. Stylized head, massive cut beak, eyes, and panels of feathers on crest; collar of rectangular feathers and elaboration of crest feathers are executed by wheel-cutting; entire surface is ground and polished; socket in neck is cast, not subsequently wheel-cut.
