Physical DescriptionOpaque (opalescent) white non-lead glass; blown, mold-blown, enameled, gilt. Barrel shape with cut gilt rim; enameled decoration on the side of a dark brown eagle, with wings spread, yellow legs and feet, holding a pink ribbon in its beak, bearing a gilt shield with pale blue field at top above vertical red stripes; seven gold stars above; within a circular frame composed of pink clouds with gold rays above, dark brown clouds at the sides and below; three scattered floral sprays at either side; slightly indented base (no pontil mark); applied loop handle, crimped at the lower terminal.
