Physical DescriptionCanes of opaque red, opaque yellow, translucent green and translucent deep blue, pitted, dull with brown weathering product adhering to all surfaces; mosaic glass or millefiori technique. Fragment of a shallow bowl with thickened rounded rim is made of alternating checkerboard pattern of yellow rosettes cased with red in a blue matrix and yellow rosettes with each leaf divided by a green line in a green matrix. (b) Canes of opaque red, opaque white, opaque light green and opaque light blue, dull surface, thin light iridescent weathering film on back, interior face repolished recently; mosaic glass or millefiori technique. Fragment preserves interior of a shallow rounded vessel composed of square canes with rosettes somewhat deformed, each leaf tripartite in color beginning with green center, blue wide split tip ending in white all cased with red in a green matrix.
