Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown, engraved, gilt. Deep, ovoid bowl, with gilt rim and gilt engraved crowned script monogram "E VII R" and the date "19 / 02"; merese above a hollow ball enclosing a silver Maundy three-pence coin, with a portrait of King Edward VII, signed "DES", on the obverse, and inscribed "EDWARDVS VII D : G : BRITT : OMN : REX F : D : IND : IMP :" in circle around the portrait; a crowned "3" on the reverse, with the date "19 / 02", and a wreath of framing oak leaves; merese below; thin disk foot with gilt rim and many-pointed cut star.
