Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, transparent enameled decoration. (a) Cylindrical, straight-sided bowl, with trailed thread near the base; rounded base; elaborate enameled shield, with a red dragon on one side, lions on the other, with crowned helmet and elaborate mantling; on the reverse, elaborate foliate scrollwork; the trailed thread with blue slanted panels; the base of the bowl with scrolls and foliage; hollow, knopped stem with tan and brown geometric decoration; domed foot with tan foliage in blue panels, a band of colorful foliate scrolls, and a geometric border; enameled interlaced "J L/M" logo on the underside of the foot. (b) Domed form with molded rounded rim and cylindrical brim; tall, spire finial with elaborate turned knops on top; enameled decoration of foliate scrolls and geometric ornaments matching those on (a).
