Physical DescriptionPale greenish non-lead glass; sheet (window) glass, enameled. Flat, rectangular form, edged with modern lead came, soldered at the corners, with soldered wire loops at the upper corners for hanging; the panel enameled black on one side, depicting a nude female figure, holding a billowing sail in one hand, while the end wraps decorously around her, standing on a sphere, in a lake, with large stylized trees at either side, buildings and hills in the background; inscribed at either side "Quand/ fortluna/meTor/mente/Esperance/me Conten.. /te."; curved borders at the corners, with stylized scrolled foliage.
