Physical DescriptionOpaque red (stained lavender) non-lead glass; blown, cut, stained, gilt. Waisted, panel-cut shape with lobed foot; inside a swirled dark red-brown; outside a swirled lavender, decorated with a gilt vignette with an Oriental figure gesturing, with a tree and grasses alongside; two gilt floral bouquets on the reverse, with gilt insects, leaves, and a bird; gilt rim; underside of the base decorated with a gilt insect; foot rim finely notched.
