Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown, cut, with an enameled gold and silver-colored inclusion. Rounded bowl with cut rim, above band of cut ovals, each containing a field of cut diamonds, with diamond-cut panels above and below and a band of strawberry diamonds at base of bowl; rectangular panel with cut corners at center, enclosing an enameled medal: yellow and blue ribbon, silver crown, Maltese cross of white, inscribed on the arms "VOOR," "VELLI" (?), "TROUW," and "MOED"; green arms alternate with white arms; at center, a blue circular field inscribed with a script "W" and foliate wreath; short stem with faceted knop at center; square foot with diamond cutting on underside.
