Physical DescriptionClear heavy glass; free-blown, cut and engraved. (a) Conical spreading foot with pontil mark, solid composit stem consisting of an inverted baluster resting on a hemispherical knop and surmounted by two other knops, bell bowl; (b) set-in cover with domed center supporting the finial consisting of a truncated inverted baluster with a pear-shaped top; cut decoration: scalloped foot, top of foot faceted, faceted stem, arches above panels at bottom of bowl, arch-like frieze below rim, top of cover and the finial faceted; engraved decoration: on the bowl a pair of coats-of-arms (a boat, and bar with tree crowns) with a royal crown above it, framed by five pairs of coats-of-arms with the inscriptions: "NAHUYS TEENGS, V.WALLENDAL TEENGS, NAHUYS D'ST.AMANT GLAUS HONTINGH, NAHUYS BONN."; an inscription on top reads: "VRINDSCHAP IS ONS' GROOTSTE VREUGD.
