Physical DescriptionColorless and red glass; pressed and mold-blown. (a) Font is of cylindrical shape, pressed and slightly yellowish glass; sides covered with evenly spaced vertical ribbing; circular base is impressed "GLOW/NIGHT LAMP/NO. 0626/MADE IN/U.S.A./PAT. 5508". (c) Brass kerosene burner/shade holder; wick encased in a thin colorless glass tube extending into font and broken at top. (b) Spherical mold-blown font of dark red glass with evenly spaced vertical ribbing covering outer surface; opening at top ground for chimney; opening at bottom, also rough ground.
