Physical DescriptionSnuff Bottle and Stopper Spoon. Opaque mottled yellow non-lead glass, orange coral, cork, ivory; blown, carved. (a) Ribbed in melon shape, ovoid form, with short, flared neck; the rim polished flat, with a polished concavity at the opening for a stopper and spoon; the sides cut with vertical bulbous ribbing, with narrow ribs between; polished flat base. (b) Bright orange coral button top carved in the form of a flower; tapered cork shank; long ivory spoon with slender handle and pointed oval spatulate bowl.
