Physical DescriptionTranslucent amethyst glass with opaque white overlay; blown or cast; cased; cut (cameo technique). Fragment from wall of cup or similar form; decorated with part of a seated figure: above and to left, the left leg of a person facing left, the leg bent and covered with drapery; on right, narrow vertical band of folded drapery, which touches horizontal ground line. On interior of fragment, faint horizontal striations.
