Physical DescriptionSnuff Bottle and Stopper. Transparent dark blue, black, and opaque white glass, translucent pink rose quartz, cork, ivory; blown, probably mold-blown, cold-worked, polished. (a) Ovoid form, of brilliant dark blue glass, with an internal sandwiched flocculent white layer with black splotches; short, cylindrical neck with disked rim and opening at the center for a stopper and spoon; rounded shoulders, gently rounded sides; polished oval base. (b) Domed translucent pink form, with tiny knob on top; mounted on a black disk; cork shank with ivory spoon, with long, thin handle and pointed oval spatulate bowl.
