Physical DescriptionDeep purple, translucent, white opaque glasses; masses of purple and white glass "marbled" and formed into disk-shaped blank which was impressed and slumped, then annealed, ground and polished. Bowl: fragment of rim and upper wall. Rim plain; wall curves down and in; exterior decorated with three vertical ribs which begin 1 cm below lip and are wider and more prominent at top than at bottom; center to center, ribs are 1.3 cm apart at top, but there is gap of 1.8 cm between right rib and right edge of fragment. Interior rotary ground and polished. Small spherical bubbles.
