Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass, white sulphide; blown, encased, cut, molded sulphide, stamped metal. Ovoid shape, with two oval panels on the faces, one enclosing a double sulphide portrait of a man and a woman (Napoleon I and Marie Louise) facing sinister,and on the opposite side a child (the King of Rome) facing dexter; sides with prismatic cutting; short cylindrical neck, ground for a stopper; the glass stopper with tapered shank and vertical pad; threaded silver sleeve attached to the neck; domed, ribbed, threaded cover.Provenance
