Physical DescriptionColorless glass with light yellowish-green fracture; blown, facet-cut, engraved. Fragment from wall of bowl. Decorated on exterior with part of scene with figures, intended to be viewed from inside. Hips and legs of figure in long tunic apparently running toward right (when seen from inside) with one arm extended to right. Part of inscription consisting of two lines of Greek capitals immediately to right of figure, below outstretched hand: tau, rho, omicron, (one or more illegible letters)/ omicron sigma: tro ... os.Provenance
