Flat, circular disk; the obverse with male head facing sinister; inscribed below "BARRE FT." inscribed around the edge, "A CHARLES X ROI DE FRANCE/LES MULHOUSIENS RECONNAISSANS"; the reverse with a beaded circular frame enclosing the inscription "HENRI IV/VOUS APPELAIT/SE BONS AMIS/ALORS VOUS ETIEZ SUISSES/AUJORUD'HUI/VOUS ETES FRANCAIS/ET VOUS ETES AUSSI/MES BONS AMIS" with a crowned shield, caduceus and laurel spray below; inscribed around the frame "LE ROI ET LE DAUPHIN ONT VISITE LA VILLE DE MULHAUSEN LE 11 SEPTEMBRE 1828".
