Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass, white sulphide; encased, cut, molded and blue stained (?) sulphide, stamped gilt metal hanger. Flat, circular shape, enclosing a molded sulphide disk with seven circular panels with relief molded heads arranged in a circle of six around one, on a blue ground; circular portrait panels inscribed (top right, a crowned male portrait, facing dexter) "CHARLES X ROI/DE FRANCE/VIVINE (?) F.", (right, a female portrait, facing dexter) "CAR. FERDINANDE DUCHESSE DE BERRY/ LEVEQUE [1821 ?]"; (lower right, a child's portrait, facing dexter) "DUC DE BORDEAUX NE LE 29 SEPTEMBRE 1820." and indecipherable initials on the shoulder; (lower left, a child's portrait, facing sinister) "LOUISE MARIE THERESE NEE A PARIS LE 21 SE[PT] 1819."; (left, a male portrait, facing sinister) "LOUIS ANTOINE/DUC D'ANGOULEME"; (top left, a female portrait, facing sinister) "M.TH.CHARLOTTE/DUCH.
