Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown and cut. (Aa) Decanter with barrel-shaped body with cut and polished neck rim, three applied rings on neck, each cut in a diamond pattern, panel cutting on neck between rings and on shoulder below rings, cut design on body of strawberry diamonds interrupted by two inverted tear-drop shapes and a circle on obverse and reverse, cut panels below to base, ground and polished pontil mark which covers nearly the entire base; (Ab) stopper with hollow spherical stopper cut in a rayed pattern on top and a diamond pattern on sides, "4"scratched on tip; (B & C) cylindrical tumblers with cut design on sides of linked "S"-scrolls filled with straw-berry diamonds; fine line cutting above and between scrolls and fine diamonds below and between them, panel cutting to rayed base.
