Physical DescriptionTranslucent deep blue bubbly glass; blown, applied, ground. Slender pyriform body; outsplayed rim, ground; tall slender neck, which tapers, then splays to merge imperceptibly with body; lower part of body curves inward towards bottom; base consists of thread wound four times, thus forming splayed footring. Applied wishbone handle with pincered thumbpiece attached to neck and upper part of body, then drawn downward to footring and notched.Provenance
