Physical DescriptionTransparent pale purple ("lilac") glass, with many very small bubbles, usually in groups which often comprise more or less vertical rows; blown in mold, rim ground and polished. Vase, with stepped profile and lens-shaped horizontal cross section. rim plain, with horizontal top and slight bevel at edge; wall descends in three sections of unequal height (shortest at top, longest at bottom), each with straight tapering side which curves inward at bottom; base plain, slightly concave. Acid-stamped signature under base, along edge: "Kosta Boda Ann Wåhlström 48762". Colorless adhesive label on wall, shortly above base: (in white) "KOSTA BODA / SINCE 1742".
