Physical DescriptionColorless glass with copper; fused. Lidded rectangular box; low, wide rectangular box formed of six flat sections; lid decorated with four small sections of copper screen inclusions surrounding the side handle formed from a flattened copper wire with both ends wound into spirals and fused into the glass; central curved section protrudes horizontally from the glass; top hinged along long side by "ric-rac" of folded copper ribbon fused into the glass; four sides connected together by interlocking meandering hammered copper bands fused into glass; base section joined to side by overall fused copper screening fused into all five sections; glass with overall mottled surface from mold surface; unsigned.
