Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown, applied, cut, ground and polished. Stylized figure of whale; three-dimensional model resting on small, oval flat base cut out of belly; head and front part of body hollow; back part of body, fins and tail solid; head tilted upward with mouth open and "lips" ground but not polished; nostrils indicated by pair of oval depressions, ground but not polished; eyes represented by small circular appliqués with central depression indicating pupil; two large pectoral fins (no other fins are indicated), each made from one bit; back of body and tail raised almost to vertical position; each side of tail made from one bit.Provenance
