Physical DescriptionCards: white paper; red and blue design; non-lead glass: glass: opaque olive green, opaque dark medium blue, opaque green, opaque rose, opaque teal, opaque blue, opaque yellow, opaque dark blue, opaque gray-blue, opaque white; iridescent coating; pressed; coated (buttons); rectangular shaped card; circular buttons; index card striped on one side, one red stripe and 18 equally spaced blue stripes the length of the card; other side of card plain, three columns of numbers written in black ink on plain side, first column reads "28/29/30," second reads "31/32/33," and third reads "34/35/36;" above each number are two rows for three buttons and old glue; buttons have four holes and concave tops, bottoms flat; 28 buttons remain attached to card: two olive green above #28, three dark medium blue above #29, three green above #30, four teal above #32, four blue above #33, two yellow above #34, four dark blue above #35, four gray-blue above #36, there is also one white button attached near edge of card to the right of #34; white label adhered to lower right hand corner of card, "Made in Lab 1943" typed onto it; some buttons loose in envelope: one olive green, two medium blue, one green, five rose (rose colored buttons would have been above #31), one dark blue, two gray-blue.
