Physical DescriptionPaper: white; red and blue design; non-lead glass: opaque green, opaque black, opaque tan, opaque brown, opaque cobalt blue; pressed, coated; rectangular shaped card; circular buttons; index card striped on one side, one red stripe and 18 equally spaced blue stripes the length of the card; other side of card plain; two rows of buttons on striped side of card, buttons flat with rough surface and raised rim, sequence of buttons in top and bottom row from left to right: green, black, tan, brown, cobalt blue; "790" written in pencil beneath top row, upside down checkmark under top green and cobalt blue buttons; buttons in bottom row coated with clear shiny glaze, "Borated 790" written in pencil beneath bottom row, upside down checkmark under bottom tan button; "Mr. Landrow left this card;" written in pencil along right edge of card by blue cobalt buttons.Provenance
