Physical DescriptionWhite paper; red and blue design; translucent orange glass; translucent pale green glass; translucent pale brown glass; iridescent coating; black ink; non-lead; pressed; coated (buttons); rectangular shape; index card striped on one side, one red stripe and 14 equally spaced blue stripes the length of the card; other side of card plain, three rows of buttons on plain side, first row of buttons orange, second row pale green, third row pale brown, buttons flat with four holes;, "Fe2O3" written to right of first row, "Cr2O3" written to right of second, "CoO" written to right of third; all inscriptions in black ink.
