Physical DescriptionTranslucent black/amethyst and colorless non-lead glasses; blown, tooled with hot applications. (a) Black, teardrop shaped bubble has been necked to form a small opening then broadly flared to form a wide iridized collar; remainder of bubble is cased in progressively thick colorless which forms the solid lower half of the slightly tapered cylinder; body is decorated with colorless hot applications of four pairs of large and small stylized leaves which wrap around length of body to base which is ground flat; no pontil; signed and dated by base "cO 1986 WM Glasner LAP86". (b) Elongated teardrop shaped stopper with ground band at juncture with vessel.
