Physical DescriptionOpaque white non-lead glass, glass-ceramic (Pyroceram); blue-gray metal; black plastic; mold-blown by machine; a) bulbous teapot; machine finished rim with pinched lip; channel around circumference of pot near top; metal band in channel, exterior of band blue-gray; handle opposite lip, is rounded out then down, attached to channel by metal band and screw; body rounded out and in, "-CORNING WAREâ-/P-168 8 CUP/CORNING, NY, USA 1183 MA" printed onto side of body below handle; flat circular base; b) circular lid; round knob; lid domed, center pushed up to form base of knob; rim of lid turned down, notch in one side; three wire legs by outer edge of lid's underside, screw in center of underside.
