Physical DescriptionTransparent blue tint, colorless non-lead glass, aluminosilicate, borosilicate, stainless steel; mold-blown by machine, stamped, pressed; (a) spherical shape; machine finished top rim with pinched and curled lip; body has a channel around its circumference at its widest point; metal band in channel, band stamped with "STAINLESS;" detachable handle attached to body by metal attachment, band, and screw; metal handle attachment stamped with PYREX FLAMEWARE trademark; "26" pressed into glass handle; flat base stamped with green PYREX FLAMEWARE trademark including item number "8126-B," old catalog number "386.82b" inscribed on base; (b) flange knob, rim of greater diameter than cylindrical insert; old catalog number "385.82a" inscribed on underside of rim; "PYREX/MADE IN U.S.A." pressed into underside of lid; "A-G" and "8126.C" pressed into insert; insert has two semicircular extensions, one opposite the other.
