Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; mold-blown, cut, enameled, gilded, stained. Flared, cylindrical bowl, on a solid, disk-shaped foot; the rim cut and chamfered on the inside, gilded; a wide enameled translucent white band below, decorated in polychrome enamels with three amethyst quivers of arrows with flowers (pink roses, forget-me-nots, and pansies), with bunches of flowers below (pink roses, pink roses with forget-me-nots, and pink roses with pansies), above a rocky green ground; tightropes suspended between the quivers, each with a cupid holding a bow and arrow balanced on the rope (one kneeling on one knee, one balanced on one foot, and one balanced on his head); wide gilded band below and on the foot; cut vertical grooves on the vertical side of the foot; the bottom polished flat, with cut star, stained light yellow all over.Provenance
