Interpretive NotesIt is possible, but unlikely, that this frame was made in the 1920s. Central was closed from 1930 until 1933 and then open from 1933 until 1939 when it closed for good. Until the 1930's, tableware was their prime output. After reopening in the 1930's, the product mix was changed somewhat and this frame is probably one result
