Physical DescriptionTumbler. Non-lead glass; dip-molded and engraved. Straight sides spreading to plain rim from 12-sided flat base with small rough pontil mark and rounded at bottom inside; 12 equidistant wide- spaced narrow vertical ribs from bottom to rim; engraved band -- scallop-circle about 2.5 cm above base and below swags with alternate tassels and tear drops, "bead" on ribs from juncture of swags to scallop circlet, irregular v-line at top.Provenance
