Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; pressed. Shape of a paddle-wheel steamer with a brick-like pattern on the exterior of the hull, "DANIEL/WEBSTER" under one wheel and "PATENTED/MARCH 11 (or 14) 1871" under other wheel. Waffled pattern in interior base between the two wells. Wells, fore and aft have attached metal collars with hinged lids which have a diving bell and anchor on top.
