Physical DescriptionTransparent green over colorless. Blown, applied; relief-cut. Fragment of cup or beaker. Wall (TTh. 0.25 cm) straight and either vertical or tapering slightly. Decorated in relief in green (Th. 0.15 cm) with small part of Kufic inscription: possibly (Alla¯h; Allah). One horizontal groove, 0.6 cm above top of inscription, presumably continuous, cut in colorless glass. Apart from this groove, signs of coldworking are restricted to inscription and area immediately surrounding it.
