Physical DescriptionHand Mirror. Red, black, blue, fleshtone, and colorless glass; metal; cast, hot shaped, mirrorized, polished, cemented, fabricated. Hand mirror shape; metal frame supports black glass lozenge shape form which supports mirror; lower surface of lozenge is high glass with eleven drilled circles; upper surface of lozenge is matte; long, thin rectangular mirror mounted on lozenge is set in a 24K gold plated metal frame; the base of the frame stamped "MACNEIL" within a lozenge shape border; metal frame supports mirror component and red glass, conical shape "handle"; half circle metal shape welded beneath frame forms two legs, with the base of the black lozenge forming a third, for supporting the object (see photograph); attached to one side flesh tone and the other pale blue in tone; this circular frame rotates.Provenance
