Physical DescriptionOpaque mainly white glass; lampwork. Figurine of a young man built up of opaque white glass around a wire armature. He appears to step forward with his right foot, while slightly leaning forward and looking to the left. His right arm is raised and his hand extended horizontally. His left arm is bent and the hand splayed. The white glass is modeled to indicate white stockings, breeches tied at the knees with black ribbons, and a white jacket with long sleeves, buttoned in front. He wears black shoes, a pale green belt tied in front, a dark green scarf around his neck and a dark purple hat with wide brim covering most of his dark curly hair. His face is finely modeled with a pointy nose, black dotted eyes, brown eyebrows, and a pink mouth and cheeks.Provenance
