Physical DescriptionPoison Bottle with Stopper. Brilliant blue non-lead glass; mold-blown (bottle), pressed (stopper). (a) Square shape with tooled collar around wide mouth ground inside; two mold seams running down neck and sides of bottle; rectangular indented panel on one side, perhaps for a paper label; square base with circular depression. (b) Solid pressed stopper with rectangular "flag" with "POISON" on both sides surrounded by protruding diamond points; solid cylindrical shank is ground to fit mouth of bottle.Provenance
