Physical DescriptionColorless glass with green tint, with white opaque trails and blue transparent blobs; blown, trails applied to parison and marvered, chips of glass picked up on parison, parison probably blown to intended size and shape in dip mold, object finished by cutting and grinding. Conical beaker or lamp. Rim cracked off and ground; wall straight. Beginning 3.6 cm below rim, wall is decorated with overall pattern of spirally wound trails, which were dragged into pattern of tall, narrow festoons, and with one horizontal row of blue blobs. Upper wall has two continuous, horizontal wheel-cut bands, 0.3 cm wide, beginning 0.3 and 3.3 cm below rim. Colorless glass has small bubbles and few, very small stones.Provenance
