Physical DescriptionColorless, opaque white, black, red, green, yellow, pink, blue, greenish blue, brown, transparent red and green non-lead glass; glossy off-white paint; cotton cord, wood support; beads appear to have been cut from tubes, then polished, strung on thread/cord, knotted through wooden support. Vertical, rectangular beaded curtain depicting rocks (or stylized mountain), peonies, and black birds, formed from 140 strands of beads tied to drilled, painted wood bar; design on colorless background; design: angular rocks or mountain jut from stylized dark green grass at front right base and are formed of greenish blue beads edged in dark blue; growing from top of rocks are two brown branches tipped in red berries and with foliage in two shades of green and two large peony blossoms (upper is yellow edged in red, lower is pink edged in red with green/yellow center), one small ovoid white blossom (edged in red) positioned in between them; above flowers are two black birds flying towards each other, birds have red wing markings, green beaks, white around eyes and on chest and belly, extended wings and split tails; beaded stands hang freely and end in fringes.
