Physical DescriptionTransparent greenish glass with few bubbles; free-blown and pattern-molded, with applied and tooled decoration. (a) High pedestal foot with rough pontil mark, cup-shaped straight- walled bowl curving at bottom; (b) set-in cover with knop finial; transparent turquoise rim around foot, crimped and pinched applied collar at bottom of bowl, on lower bowl and on top of cover applied threads in "nip't diamond waies" pattern, each field enclosing one applied turquoise nipple; finial knop patterned in rib mold, applied turquoise disk and button on top of knop.
