Physical DescriptionColorless, yellow, orange, black, green and red non-lead glasses; cased, acid-etched, enameled. Flattened ovoid shape; colorless has been covered with an "intercalaire" layer of yellow and orange descending into black powdered glass which has been cased again in colorless; lipless rim is ground flat and polished; both broad sides decorated with shallow acid-etched, in relief non-identical design of three flowers and a bud, leaves and stems emerging from stylized symmetrical vegetal ground, background is left with matte surface; floral design is enameled dark green except for flowers enameled deep red; base is ground and polished flat; acid-etched "Daum/Nancy (Cross of Lorraine) to right and beneath floral decoration on one side.
