Physical DescriptionCovered Jar, "Minerva Mars" pattern. Colorless non-lead glass; pressed; cylindrical jar with flat top rim, 3 vertical mold seams from rim to base, horizontal row of scallops just below rim and near base, three circular cartouches evenly spaced around body, one enclosing a running warrior with a helmet and shield, two with female figures in drapery; grapevine on a stippled background connects cartouches; 6 pointed star on base. Lid has matching pattern with 3 cartouches, but they are blank, and solid spherical knob.
